Gallagher named Long & Foster's top Balto./Pa. manager

Peggy Gallagher of the Columbia office of Long & Foster was selected as No. 1 manager for the company's Baltimore/Pennsylvania region.

For the 10th year, the Columbia office ranked first among Long & Foster offices in the region in settled gross commissions and settled units. The company's Columbia and Howard County at Waverly Woods offices were among the regional offices with the highest individual sales for June: $22 million and $20 million respectively.

Joan Cochran and Jean Legal, both of Clarksville, and Sharon Keeney of Dayton were ranked in the top five Long & Foster agents in the region. Pam Ballo, head of the Pam Ballo Group, came in ninth in the group category for the region. Ballo also received the Outstanding Service Award for the Columbia office.

Ellicott City resident Emilie Christiansen, also of the company's Columbia office, received top regional honors in the individual agent category.
