IS THIS any way to run an airline?

This month, two pilots for America West Airlines were arrested for attempting to fly a planeload of people from Miami to Phoenix while drunk - the pilots, that is, not the passengers.

Earlier this week, when a passenger boarding an America West flight in San Francisco joked to a flight attendant, "Have you checked your crew for sobriety?" the airlines kicked her off the plane. Seems they were offended because they thought she was serious. Sounds like a perfectly reasonable question to us.
