Celebrate the rich culture of the American Indian this weekend at the Howard County Pow-Wow in West Friendship. Saturday and Sunday visitors to the festival on the Howard County Fairgrounds can browse and purchase American Indian arts and crafts from vendors, enjoy authentic foods and watch tribal dancers.
