Mike Tutko appointed BGE systems executive
BGE Commercial Building Systems announced the appointment of Mike Tutko as director of commercial service for the BGE Home subsidiary. He will be responsible for all departmental operations, customer service and field work force management and scheduling. The Ellicott City resident was formerly service manager for ENCOMPASS.

Mendick, Fick, Cappello join Owings Mills agency
MGH, an Owings Mills-based ad and public relations agency, announced that Carey Mendick, senior writer and Web content supervisor; Laura Fick, assistant public relations strategist; and Dana Cappello, account coordinator, have joined the firm.
Mendick, formerly with Johns Hopkins Healthcare, is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. She graduated from Towson University and is a Lutherville resident. Fick, a Hampden resident and Towson University graduate, was a reporter for The Daily Record. Cappello, a graduate of Loyola College, lives in Towson and has completed internships with Red Bull North America and Global 1 S.A.M.
Gilden names Guidera associate creative director
Gilden Integrated has named Jon Guidera as associate creative director at the Roland Park marketing communications agency. He will be responsible for creative direction of print and broadcast advertising, corporate identity packages, direct mail and sales support materials. A graduate of the University of Maryland, the Timonium resident is a former employee of August, Lang & Husak.

Kleine joins firm's bankruptcy practice
Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander admitted Susan J. Kleine to the Baltimore firm's bankruptcy practice. She is a former general counsel for Reservoir Capital Corp. and was a partner in the firm of Piper & Marbury. A law graduate of Temple University, she is a member of the Maryland, Washington and Virginia bar associations.
Howard County firm brings Tiedemann aboard
Davis, Coover, Angor & Barr announced that Steven L. Tiedemann has joined the Howard County-based firm. A former Maryland assistant attorney general, he is an adjunct professor of business at Mount St. Mary's College. A graduate of the Naval Academy, he completed graduate school at Central Michigan University and received his legal degree from the University of Maryland.

Concentra Medical Centers appointed Michael A. Kosuth as director of operations for its Northeast region. He will be responsible for new business development and operations. An MBA graduate of Kent State University, he is a former director of program development at Akron General Medical Center.
