Pa. man, 46, dead after being thrown from motorcycle

PYLESVILLE - A 46-year-old Pennsylvania man was killed in a motorcycle accident near the Pennsylvania border Saturday night, state police said.

Terry Lee Johnson of the 8000 block of Fulton School Road in Felton, Pa., was riding south on Route 136 in northern Harford County about 8:25 p.m. when he was thrown from his motorcycle, landing on the opposite side of the road, suffering internal injuries. He died at the scene, police said.

A Cadillac that was stopped on Fawn Grove Road at Route 136 appeared to have pulled into the path of the motorcycle, police said. The driver of the Cadillac, Rose Ann Burgamy, 23, of the 6900 block of North Point Road in Edgemere, was not injured. The accident is under investigation.

Police seeking 2 vehicles in teen's hit-and-run death

ROCKVILLE - Montgomery County police are seeking two vehicles in the hit-and-run death early yesterday of a Gaithersburg youth whose body was found lying in a roadway in Laytonsville.

Alerted by a 911 call, police and rescue units found the body of Matthew Raymond Bulla, 16, a Gaithersburg High School student, about 4 a.m. lying on Route 108 between Warfield and Dorsey Roads. Police said evidence indicated the boy had been struck by one vehicle, then run over by a second. Neither vehicle stopped, police said, and the first car left behind evidence of bumper and undercarriage damage.

Police asked that anyone who might have driven past the scene of the accident between 1:15 a.m. and 4 a.m. to call the collision reconstruction section at 301-840-2435.
