Southern District
Burglary: Power tools, surveying equipment and a water pump - all valued at nearly $9,500 - were stolen during the weekend from a warehouse in the 4500 block of Curtis Ave. by people who entered by knocking a hole in a wall after removing aluminum siding.
Robbery: A man, 35, was walking in the 1500 block of W. Pratt St. about 4:30 a.m. Sunday when a gunman exited a burgundy minivan, shoved the victim into the vehicle and robbed him of $40. The victim escaped unharmed.
Burglary: A shredder, two bags of fertilizer, garden tools and a lawn mower - all valued at more than $900 - were stolen Sunday from a garage in the 1800 block of Wilkens Ave.
Southeastern District
Robbery/arrests: Two men were arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with robbery and assault after they were accused of stealing products from Santoni's Market in the 3800 block of E. Lombard St. and assaulting employees while trying to flee. Charged were Gregory T. Smith, 28, of the 6600 block of Wycombe Way and Robert L. Phillips, 47, of the 600 block of Aisquith St.
Theft: A wheelchair valued at $2,000, a handicapped parking permit, a compact disc player, money and personal property were stolen Saturday night from a 1999 Mazda parked in the 200 block of S. Central Ave.
Southwestern District
Robbery: A 35-year-old man was walking in the 1900 block of Braddish Ave. about 10:30 a.m. Sunday when two men, one armed with a handgun, shoved him into an alley and robbed him of $5, cigarettes and soda.
Northern District
Robbery: A man, 71, and his wife were walking in the 200 block of Tuscany Road about 8:30 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed them of more than $500, a cellular phone and a checkbook.
Baltimore County
Towson Precinct
Robbery: A man armed with a hammer forced his way into a dwelling in the 8700 block of Loch Bend Drive in Baynesville about 1 a.m. Sunday and struck the male occupant with the hammer before robbing him of a cellular phone.
Burglary: After breaking into a house in the 1800 block of Wendover Road on Sunday, an intruder stole cash and the keys to the victim's 1999 Dodge Caravan, which also was stolen.
