Is your cat moody? A little aloof? Hard to train? If so, the Purina Cat Chow Way of Life Tour may help you and your feline better relate. The national tour makes a stop at Harborplace this weekend.
Providing free education to cat owners, the tour includes cat-training demonstrations, an interactive area where owners can learn to help their cats reach their full health potential and a cat adoption center in which folks can adopt homeless kittens and cats of all ages.
Cat owners also will learn how to shape the ideal environment for kittens, get a better understanding of cat behavior and how to modify it and receive tips on adapting to their senior cat's emotional and physical needs.
The Purina Cat Chow Way of Life Tour will run 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Harborplace Amphitheatre. Training demonstrations take place at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. both days. Free. Call 410-730-3679. Note: Cats should not be brought to the event.
