A man described as 5 feet tall with a 3-inch Afro robbed the Pizza Hut on Waterloo Road in Ellicott City late Wednesday, Howard County police said.

The man - black, 18 to 25 years old, wearing a black shirt and gray shorts - showed a dark-colored handgun and ordered two employees to lie on the floor, police said.

No one was injured, police said.

He raided the register and fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash, police said. Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call 410-313-3200.
