Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Stolen vehicle: A silver-colored 1995 Mitsubishi Galant with tags KDT 150 was stolen Tuesday in the 3700 block of Wilkens Ave. The owner was moving, and had placed a videocassette recorder and television in the car.

Gun stolen: A loaded Egyptian-made 9 mm semiautomatic handgun valued at $380 was stolen Tuesday from the glove compartment of a 1996 Saturn parked in the 4700 block of Charleston St. in Brooklyn.

Central District

Theft: A cellular phone and compact disc player were stolen Tuesday from a 1996 Plymouth van parked in the 300 block of Light St. The items were valued at $675.

Burglary: A DVD player and other property -- all valued at more than $600 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1400 block of Park Ave.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man, 44, was walking in the 200 block of N. Bradford St. about 9 a.m. Tuesday when he was robbed by a gunman of $80.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A white 1988 GMC Jimmy sport utility vehicle with tags 247932M was stolen Tuesday in the 4000 block of La Plata Ave.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Assault/arrest: Craig Watkins, 18, was arrested Tuesday at his home in the 2500 block of Elsemere Road and charged with assaulting a civilian parking enforcement officer who had ticketed him for parking at a fire lane at a shopping center. The officer was not injured.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the construction site of a bank in the 6400 block of Rossville Blvd. late Monday or early Tuesday and stole computer cable wire valued at more than $3,000.
