LaNoue appointed by Live Baltimore

Live Baltimore Marketing Center has appointed Jeff LaNoue as real estate and relocation specialist. He will oversee the preferred professional real estate program and manage the expansion of the Welcome to Baltimore relocation program. Formerly with AGM Financial Services Inc., he has a master's degree in community planning from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Schutt gets executive post at Bank of Glen Burnie

The Bank of Glen Burnie named Michael C. Schutt an assistant vice president. The Gambrills resident earned a master's degree in finance from the Johns Hopkins University. He will be responsible for the credit department and for monitoring of the bank's creditworthiness and risk.

Gulley joins staff of NAI KLNB

NAI KLNB Inc. reported that James Gulley joined the staff of the Towson-based company. He will be assigned to the Columbia office and will focus on the sale of multifamily and office properties in the Baltimore-Washington market. Before joining KLNB, the former Army officer, headed a real estate investment firm. He holds a master's of business administration from Golden Gate University.
