Long & Foster Cos. sets sales record of $3 billion in April

Long & Foster Cos. announced that total April sales hit a company all-time record of $3 billion. The figure includes sales from Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. and affiliates Prosperity Mortgage, Mid-States Title and Long & Foster Insurance.

Sales from the Baltimore region increased 19 percent to $395 million when compared with April of last year.

Bethesda Gateway in Montgomery County was rated the top office with $96 million in sales. Columbia ($29 million), Greenspring ($51 million) and Annapolis ($23 million) were rated the top Baltimore offices.
