Falk is creative director for System Source

System Source hired Todd Falk as creative director at the Hunt Valley PC systems integrator's Internet services group. The Elizabethtown College graduate is responsible for developing customers' Web market presence and information architecture.


Davis named manager at Weinberg Harris

Weinberg Harris & Associates, a Pikesville marketing and public relations agency, hired Danielle Davis as senior client services manager. Formerly director of public relations for Carton Donofrio Partners, she is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators and the American Marketing Association, as well as several civic organizations.

Rauch is partner, Goldberg a counsel at Tydings

Tydings & Rosenberg LLP named Lee B. Rauch a partner in the Baltimore law firm and announced that Stephen M. Goldberg joined the staff as counsel.

Rauch, a law graduate of Duke University, practices in civil litigation involving warranty defense, product liability and medical malpractice.

Goldberg, who holds a graduate degree in public policy administration from the University of Wisconsin, is a graduate of the University of Maryland law school and practices in the firm's bankruptcy/creditor's rights department.

Warren is partner at Venable law firm

Venable, the Baltimore-Washington regional law firm, named Melissa Allison Warren to the firm's corporate and securities practice as a partner in the Baltimore office. Formerly with Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver, the University of Pennsylvania law graduate is a member of the Executive Women's Network and the Maryland State Bar Association.


Adams promotes Tebera; Krug, vonBehren join firm

Henry Adams Inc. promoted J. Douglas Tebera to chief electrical engineer and also announced that David vonBehren and Brian Krug have joined the staff of the Towson-based engineering firm.

Tebera, who has been with the firm since 1985, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and a former president of the local unit of the Illuminating Engineering Society. VonBehren, an electrical engineer, graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is responsible for electrical designs for high-tech and public buildings. Krug, a Johns Hopkins engineering graduate, provides mechanical engineering design.

Preston Partners Inc. hired Nelly G. Perkins as an associate at the Lutherville-based commercial real estate services firm. The holder of a University of Baltimore M.B.A. is responsible for permanent and venture financing. She was previously with Bank of America.
