You add the meat, vegetables, and rice or noodles. We tried the Red Curry with chicken and fresh vegetables and paired the Lite Yellow Curry with shrimp and a frozen stir-fry vegetable mix. Both were flavorful approximations of their restaurant counterparts - especially the yellow. Unfortunately, the dinner kits are difficult to find. We've seen them at the "gourmet" locations of chain stores like Super Fresh.-
