Elm Road median has been removed, drivers warned
Travelers returning rental cars or meeting passengers at Baltimore-Washington International Airport should be aware that two-way traffic on Elm Road is no longer divided by a median.
Airport officials said medians were removed as roadway construction progresses. The surface was paved, and, beginning today, inbound and outbound traffic at the beginning of Elm Road will be divided by a double yellow line with reflectors.
