Yankees outlook

Most of the attention on this series falls upon Sunday's game, when Mussina returns to Camden Yards for the first time since leaving as a free agent over the winter. The Yankees have moved erratic second baseman Chuck Knoblauch to left field, with rookie Alfonso Soriano joining the infield. Soriano's speed has added another dimension to the lineup, and Knoblauch can relax and not let his defensive shortcomings affect the rest of his game. He ranks among the league leaders in batting average, with 12 multi-hit games. He is first in stolen bases with 11, two more than Soriano, who has started all 28 games. The Yankees' pitching staff has been on a roll, allowing 29 hits in their past six games. The Orioles were 5-7 against the Yankees last season.
