Southeastern District
Robbery/arrest: Several men robbed a man, 22, of a pager and $12 about 8 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of S. Wolfe St. Police traced one suspect to a nearby tavern where he was arrested while playing pool. Rey Ignacio Alarcon Bystros, 18, of no fixed address was charged with assault and robbery.
Eastern District
Shooting: A west-side man, 23, was shot in the upper left leg by an unknown assailant about 10 p.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of E. Monument St. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Robbery/arrest: Three men between ages 19 and 21 were arrested shortly after they robbed a man, 20, at gunpoint of a cellular phone and his wallet about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of N. Milton Ave. The suspects' names were not available.
Robbery: A man placed an unknown weapon into the back of a pizza shop deliveryman about midnight Saturday in the 1700 block of N. Durham St. and robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.
Robbery/shooting: Two men, one with a handgun, exited a car in the 1800 block of N. Chapel St. about 11:45 p.m. Saturday and robbed a man of nearly $400 and gold jewelry. Afterward, the victim turned to flee and was shot in the right arm. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Northwestern District
Robbery try/shooting: After an intended robbery victim told two men he had no money or cigarettes about 1:20 a.m. Sunday in the 5200 block of Park Heights Ave., he was shot in the right leg with a silver-colored handgun. The gunman and his accomplice fled on foot. The victim, a resident of East Baltimore, drove to Johns Hopkins Hospital for treatment.
Southern District
Robbery: A man, 23, was in the 1200 block of E. Fort Ave. about 4 p.m. Sunday when he was stopped by another man who asked whether he knew a man named "Murky." When the victim said he did not, the other man pulled a revolver and demanded his money. When the victim said he had none, the gunman patted him down then fled when he found no money or valuables.
Baltimore County
Essex Precinct
Burglary/vandalism: Three outboard motors were stolen between March 19 and Saturday from a storage shed at a county Department of Recreation and Parks facility in the 2200 block of Rocky Point Road at Back River. Ropes and riggings of sailboats moored there were destroyed and boats removed from their trailers.
Cockeysville Precinct
Burglary: A 9 mm Taurus handgun, two computers, jewelry and cash -- all valued at nearly $4,000 -- were stolen from a house in the 2900 block of York Manor Road during the weekend.
