Central District
Drug arrests: After undercover officers bought drugs Thursday at a house in the first block of E. Eager St., police raided the dwelling, arrested three men and seized crack cocaine valued at $735, a vehicle and more than $700. Kurt Benjamin, 22, of the 3800 block of Twin Lakes Court; John Crawford, 33, of the 800 block of N. Charles St.; and Dominic Walker, 18, of the 4100 block of Belle Ave. were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
Southwestern District
Drug arrest: Detective Todd Ring of the district drug enforcement unit saw a man allegedly selling cocaine and arrested him about 9 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of W. Lanvale St. Mark Koary, 40, also of the 2800 block of W. Lanvale St. was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Drug arrest: After observing a man remove a large bag from under a bush Thursday in the 2800 block of Presstman St., Detectives Morgan Jones and Peter Sullivan approached him. The man discarded the bag on a porch. Jones and Sullivan found several ounces of cocaine - valued at nearly $20,000 - in the bag, arrested the man and seized $548. Brian Collins, 35, of the 2800 block of Presstman St. was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Police said Collins has been convicted of three felonies, including a 1985 shooting and, under the three-time-loser law, could be sentenced to 25 years in prison with no parole if convicted of Thursday's incident. Police said the cocaine was destined for distribution in the Rosemont area.
Northwestern District
Robbery: After hailing a hack - an unlicensed cab - Saturday night at Reisterstown Road and West Cold Spring Lane, a woman asked the driver to take her to the 5400 block of Fairlawn Ave. In the 5400 block of Narcissus Ave., the driver stopped, pulled a handgun and robbed her of $22 and a cellular phone, and pushed her from the vehicle.

Towson Precinct
Robbery: A man was removing property from his car in the 6600 block of Ellsmere Place about 2:30 a.m. Friday when four males - all wearing hooded sweat shirts and one armed with a handgun - robbed him of jewelry and a cellular phone. Before driving off in the victim's car, the robbers forced him into the trunk of a nearby vehicle.
Robbery: A girl, 17, was standing at a bus stop at York and Dulaney Valley roads about 2:20 a.m. Saturday when a man armed with a handgun robbed her of $25.
Parkville Precinct
Theft: A cockapoo dog named Sandy, and valued at $300, was stolen yesterday from the back yard of a house in the 9600 block of Dundawan Road.
White Marsh Precinct
Theft: A 1996 orange and cream Fat Boy model Harley-Davidson motorcycle - valued at $25,000 - was stolen Friday from a garage in the 5400 block of King Ave.
Garrison Precinct
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 7000 block of Deerfield Road through a door Saturday and stole $1,200 from a safe in a bedroom.
Burglary: A cellular phone, compact discs, jewelry, medicine and a back pack were stolen March 5 from a house in the first block of Clarks Lane in Reisterstown. The incident was reported Saturday after some of the items were found discarded under a bridge on Dover Road and returned to the owner.
