Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Robbery: A Coca-Cola Co. deliveryman was parked in the 900 block of N. Monroe St. about 10 a.m. yesterday when a gunman, who wore a ski mask or a stocking mask, demanded his money. The man fled with more than $100.

Burglary/arrest: A man was arrested Sunday and charged with attempting to break into a house in the 3500 block of Woodbrook Ave. A resident of the 3500 block of Holmes Ave. nearby saw him on the roof of the house and called police. Officers arrested Kenneth Banks, 46, of the 3500 block of Holmes Ave. Police said Banks was being sought on warrants charging him with failure to appear for a burglary charge and a narcotics offense.

Arrest: Southern District officers and city Housing Authority police entered a house in the 800 block of Vine St. over the weekend and arrested a man charged in warrants with two counts of attempted murder. They seized $16,000 believed to be the proceeds of drug activity or money taken in robberies.

Burglary/arrests: Two men were arrested early Monday while trying to break into A & B Check Cashing Service in the 1200 block of W. Baltimore St. They tried to enter through a vacant dwelling above the business. Processed at Central Booking and Intake Center were Andrew Boice, 39, and Stefon Jones, 40, both of no fixed address.

Drug arrests: Police raided a house in the 1700 block of Thomas Ave. about 1 a.m. Monday, arrested four men and seized two ounces of uncut cocaine, a sawed-off shotgun, a 9 mm handgun and ammunition.

Drug arrests: Three men were arrested over the weekend and charged with narcotic offenses after police raided a house in the 900 block of N. Appleton St. Seized were plastic baggies of marijuana, a half-ounce of suspected crack cocaine and nearly $2,000.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A deliveryman for Pizza Deal was in the 3100 block of Oakford Ave. about 7 p.m. Monday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $60 and food valued at $6.

Burglary: Three cellular telephones, jewelry and 20 videotapes were stolen Monday from a house in the 5200 block of Florence Ave.

Southeastern District

Robbery/arrest: A man armed with a shotgun robbed Dunkin Donuts in the 600 block of Dundalk Ave. about 8:30 p.m. Saturday of an undisclosed sum. A witness saw the man enter a house in the 1300 block of Angelsea St. and called police. Armed with a warrant, police entered the house and arrested a man, 35, who lives there.

Robbery: Two men robbed a man, 30, of more than $1,000 and a money order about 9 a.m. Saturday on a parking lot in the 200 block of N. Highland Ave.

Southwestern District

Theft from vehicle: Power tools valued at $2,000 were stolen from a 1991 Dodge van in the 2000 block of Wilkens Ave.

Theft: A .45-caliber nickel-plated Taurus-brand semiautomatic handgun valued at $400 was stolen over the weekend from the bedroom of a house in the first block of S. Catherine St.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A man was in the bathroom at the South Marlyn Inn in the 700 block of S. Marlyn Ave. about 1 a.m. Monday when he was assaulted by two men, who robbed him of about $100.

Garrison Precinct

Arson: Two Ford pickup trucks were set afire and destroyed Monday while parked on a lot at Europa Auto Sales in the 7000 block of Liberty Road. The value of the vehicles was not available, and no arrest had been made.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: A 32-inch television, DVD player, stereo speakers, keys and a telephone were stolen from a house in the 7200 block of Oak Haven Circle over the weekend by the former boyfriend of the victim. Armed with a warrant, police entered the man's home in the 3600 block of Yennar Lane and recovered the property. No arrest had been made.
