Voter registration drive begins Saturday across the county


The Howard County Board of Elections will conduct voter registration for the Nov. 7 presidential election at Giant Food stores in the county from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Oct. 7.

The deadline to register to vote is 9 p.m. Oct. 13.

Citizens can register to vote Oct. 13 at all Howard County library branches - except the central library - from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Motor Vehicle Express Office at Dobbin Center will accept voter registration from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; the Howard County Board of Elections, at 8659 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, will register voters from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
