Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Shooting/arrest: A man who was shot by an unknown assailant Wednesday night in Cherry Hill was arrested after he was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Demaino King, 21, of the 3900 block of W. Northern Parkway had been sought on warrants charging him in armed robberies on unspecified dates in southern Baltimore and the downtown area, said Lt. Brian Matulonis. King was shot in the right leg and left wrist and refused to talk to police about the shooting in the 2900 block of Spelman Road.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man, 18, of his shirt, valued at $30, about 9:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of Hollins Ferry Road.

Burglary: Gold and silver jewelry, compact discs and a watch were stolen Wednesday from a house in the first block of W. Ostend St.

Stolen car: A 1991 Mazda with tags GRK 985 was stolen Wednesday in the 1600 block of Clarkson St.

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone valued at $100 was stolen Wednesday from a 1997 Toyota Camry parked in the 3900 block of Doris Ave.

Eastern District

Arson/firefighters injured: Three firefighters were injured, none seriously, early Wednesday battling a one-alarm fire in the 700 block of Bartlett Ave. that damaged the Kozy Korner Bar and two nearby houses, one of which was vacant. Damage to the bar and the vacant house was set at $10,000. The occupied house suffered an estimated $5,000 damage. Police said a flammable liquid was used to start the fire.

Robbery: A female operator of a hotdog stand in the 900 block of E. Eager St. was robbed of between $10 and $15 about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday. The robber kept a hand in a paper bag as though he was armed.

Northern District

Stolen car: A 1992 Infiniti with tags CKW 780 was stolen Wednesday in the 200 block of W. 22nd St.

Burglary: Two televisions, two videocassette recorders, a compact disc player and a watch, all valued at nearly $1,700, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 3800 block of Greenmount Ave.

Theft from vehicle: An AM-FM stereo compact disc player valued at $300 was stolen Wednesday from a 1991 Toyota Camry parked in the 2800 block of N. Charles St.

Theft: A briefcase, valued at more than $200 and containing documents, was stolen Wednesday from a car parked in the 5300 block of York Road.

Theft: A customer was in the Burger King restaurant in the first block of W. 29th St. on Wednesday when someone stole his cellular phone valued at $100.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking three men who got out of a silver-colored Mercury Marquis about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of Quantico Ave. and robbed a man, 19, of $200 at gunpoint. The car had tags HCH 653.

Burglary: A thief knocked a hole in the roof of Royal Maroon Food Store in the 3100 block of W. Belvedere Ave. on Tuesday, entered the business and stole an AM-FM cassette player and a cash register.

Stolen truck: A 1990 Ford truck with tags 101 287 was stolen Monday from U-Haul Moving Center of Baltimore in the 4100 block of W. Northern Parkway.

Southeastern District

Stolen car: A 1995 Isuzu Rodeo with Pennsylvania tags PZ4568 was stolen Wednesday in the 200 block of N. Haven St.

Stolen car: A maroon four-door 1995 Dodge with tags EYG 041 was stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of N. Glover St.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: While an attendant at the Crown station in the 8600 block of Belair Road in Perry Hall was emptying the trash about 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, an unidentified man entered the booth and took more than $200 from a cash register.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 8400 block of Old Harford Road after breaking a window Wednesday and ransacked the interior. A $1 state lottery ticket was reported missing. The intruder caused nearly $200 in damage.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A cast-iron chair of unknown value was stolen Wednesday from the rear yard of a house in the 6700 block of Garvey Road.

Burglary: A generator of unknown value was stolen Wednesday from a shed in the 4500 block of Ambermill Road.
