Man gets 2-year term for drug sales at home

THE BALTIMORE SUN

A former Mount Airy man was sentenced yesterday to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a charge of using his home to deal cocaine, court records show.

Marvin D. Harrison, 21, was arrested Feb. 4 during a police raid at his apartment in the first block of Main St., where police seized 6.7 grams of cocaine, lesser amounts of marijuana and $2,346.

Carroll Circuit Judge Luke K. Burns Jr. imposed a seven-year prison term before suspending all but two years.

Burns gave Harrison credit for time served since April 2 and placed him on three years' probation after his release from prison.
