Beazer Homes has opened a model at Marleigh, a community in Bowie in Prince George's County.

The 231-home community has homes ranging in size from 2,235 to 3,339 square feet. Beazer offers eight models, some with alternate floor plans, with base prices ranging from $240,990 to $316,990.

Some standard features on all homes include fire sprinkler system, kitchen island and two-car garage. The homes are situated on lots ranging from a quarter-acre to an acre and have gas heat and public water and sewer systems.

The Alexandra starts at $316,990 for 3,339 square feet.

To get to Marleigh, take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway south to Route 193 east. Follow Route 193 for 6.5 miles to the community on the left.
