A Baltimore man was arrested Thursday and charged with selling crack cocaine in Union Bridge, according to court records.
Kai Tyron Evans, 18, of the 5000 block of Denview Drive was arrested by members of the Carroll County Drug Task Force and charged with 12 counts, including distribution of crack cocaine and possession of crack with intent to distribute. He is accused of selling more than $200 of crack cocaine on four occasions in late June and July.
He was being held at the Carroll County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
