Hosts don't need to speak Spanish and will receive an orientation the week before students arrive. Students will participate in activities during the day, and their hosts are responsible for driving them to Ellicott City in the morning and picking them up in the afternoon, although carpools can be organized.

The program is sponsored by Global Friendships and Jahva House, an Ellicott City coffee shop where students will meet for English lessons.
