An Anne Arundel County grand jury has indicted three people on unrelated child-pornography charges.
Shannon M. Jones, 20, of the 7900 block of Telegraph Road in Severn was accused of getting a 16-year-old girl drunk at her home and having sexual contact with her.
A spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office said a male friend of Jones' took photographs of her and the girl in the shower, and that the two adults downloaded pornographic photographs of children from the Internet.
The allegations stem from incidents that the teen-ager said occurred from January to March last year. In December, a friend of the teen-ager's told her that the photographs had appeared on the Internet, said spokeswoman Kristin Riggin.
Jones' friend has not been indicted. Jones is charged with a fourth-degree sex offense, child pornography and conspiracy.
Michael N. Villa, 39, of the 800 block of Glenview Ave. in Brooklyn was indicted on charges of child pornography, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense.
He is accused of touching the genitals of a 2-year-old visitor to his home and videotaping his actions in May last year, Riggin said.
In the third case, a 59-year-old Severn man was indicted on 22 pornography and child abuse counts, Riggin said. He was accused in connection with alleged incidents at this home last year involving a child to whom he is related.
The Sun is not printing his name to protect the identity of the child.
