Objective: Help yourself to fitness for baseball and softball this way:
* Get players in groups of four or five.
* Tell them to put their gloves in the outfield about 25 feet away from their group.
* Each player runs to his or her glove with a ball, places the ball on the glove, and runs back to the start position.
* The player then runs to their gloves, gets ball and returns to the start position.
* The winner gets out of doing laps at the end of practice.
