A Westminster teen-ager pleaded guilty yesterday to marijuana charges stemming from unrelated incidents in December, court records show.
Under a plea agreement, Rebecca L. Kowalski, 18, of the 1700 block of Tank Road would serve no more than 18 months of a maximum 10-year term. She will be sentenced July 6.
Court documents showed she was arrested and charged Dec. 30 on counts of theft over $300 and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
State police said she was found in a bedroom of a home on Deer Park Road, sitting next to a bag of marijuana and a shotgun, one of five found there that are alleged to be stolen.
Kowalski also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and drug-packaging materials in an incident Dec. 10 in which she was a passenger in a car stopped for speeding on Route 140 in Westminster. State police found marijuana and small plastic bags in her purse and $1,120 under her on the rear seat, court documents showed.
