The U.S. Census Bureau has established "Questionnaire Assistance Centers" and "Be Counted" locations around Carroll County.
The purpose of the QAC is to assist residents who have questions about the census, who need language assistance, who need other help in completing the census form, or who did not receive a census form.
The BC location provides an unaddressed form to be used by those who did not receive a questionnaire, who believe they were not included on a census questionnaire or who have no usual address on Census Day.
