Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Stabbing: A known drug dealer was talking to several people in the 2700 block of E. Monument St. about 10 a.m. Friday when a man, 33, accidentally bumped into him. Police said the dealer pulled a knife and stabbed the man in the lower back and fled. The victim, a resident of the 500 block of N. Linwood Ave., was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Assault: Two brothers argued with another man over money about 2 a.m. yesterday in the 1900 block of Greenmount Ave. One brother, 40, was struck in the face and head and was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest had been made.

Southern District

Shooting: Two boys, one 15 and one 16, were shot about 1: 30 a.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of Stranden Road in Cherry Hill. The gunman fled. The younger teen was shot in the left wrist and the other in the right side of the abdomen and the back of the neck. Friends drove them to St. Agnes HealthCare, where they were admitted in unknown condition.

Burglary: Property valued at nearly $16,000 was stolen Friday from a house in the 1300 block of William St. The loss included two laptop computers and a University of North Carolina ring.

Burglary: A baby's crib and a combination washer-dryer, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 400 block of S. Payson St.

Western District

Shooting: A boy, 15, was shot in the left leg Friday night as he walked across the playground of Harlem Park Middle School in the 600 block of N. Calhoun St. The gunman fled. The youth -- a resident of the 1600 block of Edmondson Ave. -- was in serious but stable condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southwestern District

Arrest: A 16-year-old male was arrested in the 1900 block of Braddish Ave. about 11 p.m. Friday and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun. Officer John Yeager responded to a report of an armed man on the block and saw a youth leave a group of males, throw an object and run. A short time later, the youth was arrested. A .22-caliber handgun was recovered.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Bank robbery: Two gunmen entered Provident Bank of Maryland in the 6500 block Baltimore National Pike about 9: 35 a.m. Saturday and ordered five employees to the rear of the building. The men robbed the bank of an undisclosed sum of money and fled.

Essex Precinct

Bank robbery/arrests: Two men were arrested Friday and charged with robbing First Union Bank in the 600 block of Eastern Blvd. of less than $1,000. Two men entered the bank about 2: 35 p.m., and one gave a teller a holdup note demanding money. After receiving the cash, the men fled and were seen getting into a taxi. A witness told police the taxi took the men to a nearby dwelling where they were arrested. Michael O'Hara, 25, and Matthew Willey, 20, whose addresses were not available, were charged with bank robbery. officials report the money was recovered.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Power tools valued at nearly $900 were stolen between Thursday night and Saturday morning from a house in the 5800 block of Westwood Ave.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Two videocassette recorders, a television and a sports bag were stolen overnight Saturday from a house in the 8000 block of McDonogh Road.
