Kilimanjaro Road: 9500 block, Oakland Mills. Two gunmen forced their way into a home, threatened two residents and stole a cellular phone about midnight Friday. Police said the gunmen knocked on the door and when a resident opened it, the pair forced their way into the house. One of the residents ran out of the house and called police from a nearby business while the gunman stole the cellular phone. The first intruder was described as a black man, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a dark complexion, brown eyes and a goatee. He wore a blue baseball cap and dark coat, and he was armed with a dark-colored handgun. The second was described as a black man with black hair, brown eyes and a thin goatee. He wore a dark coat and a skullcap pulled over his face, and he carried a handgun.
Cradlerock Way: 7200 block, Owen Brown. A woman was robbed of her purse in front of the Giant Food store Thursday about 2: 48 a.m. Police said the woman struggled with the robbers, who knocked her to the ground. Both robbers were described as black men in their late teens to early 20s. The first was described as 6 feet tall and wearing a tan coat and black cap. The second was described as 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build, wearing a black leather jacket.
Cradlerock Way: 7100 block, Owen Brown. Jerry's Pizza and Subs was robbed about 3: 15 p.m. Monday. Police said the robber attacked the clerk near a trash bin behind the restaurant, put a hard object, possibly a gun, to his back and demanded money. The robber forced the clerk back into the store and took money before running out the back door. The robber was described as a black man age 20 to 30, medium to dark complexion, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 200 pounds, and he wore a black shirt and gray sweat pants.
Harpers Farm Road: 5700 block, Harper's Choice. Three men robbed several youths of their wallets, jackets and one pair of shoes about 11: 35 p.m. Saturday. Police said the youths were walking when the men asked them whether they wanted to buy drugs. When they said no, the men forced them to the ground and took their belongings.
Covered Wagon Drive at All Saints Road: North Laurel. Two people threatened two youths with a knife and robbed them of their Halloween candy about 8: 15 p.m. Sunday. The robbers were described as white males about age 16. The first was described as wearing dark clothing and was armed with a knife. The second robber was wore a red shirt and blue jeans.
