The model, the Hillstead, has a base price of $175,400 for 1,800 square feet.
The first floor consists of a 14-by-13-foot living room, 10-by-11-foot dining room, 12-by-11-foot kitchen, 15-by-12-foot family room, foyer, powder room and single-car garage.
The second floor features a 10-by-10-foot bedroom, 11-by-10-foot bedroom, 12-by-11-foot bedroom, bathroom and 17-by-11-foot master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bath.
The Hillstead is also available with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, starting at $164,600 for 1,500 square feet.
There are seven other floor plans available, ranging from the Chesapeake, which starts at $164,300 for 1,486 square feet, to the Wakefield II, which starts at $193,000 for 2,180 square feet.
The model is open from noon to 6 p.m. daily and Tuesday until 8 p.m.
To get to Furnace Hills, take Interstate 795 to Route 140 west to Westminster. Proceed approximately 13.5 miles and make a left on Route 31, New Windsor Road. Make a right on Uniontown Road and a left on Windsor Drive. The model is on the left.
