Shootings: A man and a teen-age male were shot about 7: 10 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of N. Carey St. The gunman approached them on foot or drove by in an unknown vehicle. The man, 19, was shot in the back and groin and the teen in the right leg. Both were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Carjacking/arrests: A man and three male juveniles were arrested Monday in a car that was stolen Saturday during an armed carjacking in Northwest Baltimore. A male motorist was stopped at a traffic light on Keyworth Avenue near Reisterstown Road about 11 p.m. Saturday when two other males, one with a handgun, forced him from his 1990 Mitsubishi. The carjackers tried to force the driver into the trunk, but he fled. Officer Michael Jerschied, of the Reginal Auto Theft Task Force, spotted the car Monday on North Avenue and, along with uniformed police, stopped the vehicle in the 100 block of W. North Ave. and arrested four occupants. Robert Lewis Love, 19, of the 1000 block of N. Stricker St. was charged with armed carjacking and deadly weapon charges and processed at the Central Booking and Intake Center. The juveniles were charged with auto theft and pro- cessed at the Juvenile Detention Center at the Northern District.
Robbery/shooting: A gunman robbed a man, 23, of an undisclosed sum of money early Monday in the 1100 block of N. Milton Ave., then shot him in the right buttock. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Shooting: A man armed with a shotgun robbed a man, 21, of an undisclosed sum of money in the 2000 block of Ellsworth Ave. early Monday, then shot him in the leg. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Shooting: A gunman shot a man, 25, in the arm about midnight Monday in the 2000 block of Barclay St. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Shooting: A woman, 42, standing on the porch of her home in the 1300 block of W. Pratt St. Monday night was grazed in the forehead by a stray bullet. The woman, who police said did not appear to be the intended target, was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and released.
Burglary: A sewing machine, tools and several Halloween costumes, all valued at nearly $700, were stolen Monday from a garage in the 4400 block of Powell Ave.
Stolen car: A burgundy 1996 Jeep Cherokee with tags ACP 604 was stolen Monday in the 900 block of Wildwood Parkway.
Robbery try: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun tried to rob the Royal Farm store in the 6000 block of Falls Road about 4: 15 p.m. Sunday. The clerk fled from the store, and the man unsuccessfully tried to open the cash register.
Burglary: A burglar stole $400 from a secured area at Kaiser Permanente in the 1400 block of York Road in Timonium during the weekend.
Burglary: Someone stole cookware valued at nearly $800 that was delivered to a house in the 2800 block of Linwood Ave. on Sept. 3 and left outside. The theft was reported Monday.
Vandalism: A homeowner in the 9000 block of Harford Hills Garth reported that the limbs on three 5-foot tall trees were broken off over the weekend, causing at least $150 in damage.
