Double shooting: A man, 20, and a boy, 14, were shot about 1: 30 p.m. yesterday in a robbery in which a gunman and two accomplices got a small sum of money. Detective Vernon Parker said the victims and three other males were in the 600 block of Cokesbury Ave. when three men, including the gunman, got out of a white mid-1980s Ford pickup truck with a black bed liner and demanded their money. After getting cash, the gunman shot the man in the back and the boy in the upper torso. Parker declined to name the hospital the victims were taken to, for their safety.
Drug arrests: During a two-day initiative aimed at curbing illegal drug activity, 13 people were arrested and charged with narcotics violations. Lt. Michael Pristoop, commander of the district's Operations Unit, said about 40 officers served search-and-seizure warrants at various locations in McElderry Park and Baltimore-Linwood yesterday and Wednesday and seized crack cocaine, heroin and a .22 caliber handgun.
Burglary: A 1986 Honda four-wheel, all-terrain vehicle, valued at $5,000, was stolen in the 1500 block of Serpentine Place between Aug. 27 and Tuesday.

Victim identified: Bruce Brady, 19, of the 3500 block of Pelham Ave. was identified by police yesterday as the man who was fatally shot Sunday in the 4700 block of Shamrock Ave. in Northeast Baltimore. Detective Mark Hughes said no arrest had been made, and a motive was not known.
