The Ravens have to cut 12 players by Sunday at 4 p.m. Below is a list of players on some of the players on the bubble:
Scott Bentley, K: He has been involved in a kick dual with Matt Stover. The loser goes home.
Matt Stover, K: If he has longer kickoffs, the job may be his. His large salary, though, might enter the equation.
Corey Chamblin, DB: He had a slow start but has made plays recently. He could go on the developmental squad.
Billy Davis, WR: Decent speed, but needs a big game to take a spot away from Floyd Turner. His special team contributions are an asset.
Marques Douglas, DE: Rookie has been impressive but defensive line has a lot of depth. He could be stashed on the practice squad.
Jay Graham, RB: He has been running hard lately, but it might have come too late. This will be a tough decision.
Chris Harrison, OL: He has progressed but maybe not enough to make the squad.
Brad Jackson, LB: He has made plays at times, but Ravens are loaded at linebacker. He needs to have a good day on special teams.
Eric Metcalf, RB: He could be challenging Jay Graham for a roster spot. He gives the Ravens the option of resting Jermaine Lewis as a punt returner/ receiver. A.J. Ofodile, TE: Ofodile can't make it through a camp without sweating a roster spot. Good hands, but mental concentration slips too much.
Tyrell Peters, LB: He seems to be running neck and neck with Jackson for a roster spot.
Bob Sapp, OL: A physical specimen, but not enough finesse. He is a long, long, long shot to make the roster.
Floyd Turner, WR: He really hasn't been given a lot of opportunities in preseason games, but will need to make the most of any provided today.
James Trapp, CB: He has been slowed by leg injuries, but is battling John Williams for a roster spot.
John Williams, CB: He probably doesn't have the skill to ever be a starter in this league, but plays big on special teams. No one ever questions his hustle.
