AMERICOM names McGrath VP for human resources
AMERICOM Wireless Services has named Laura McGrath vice president of human resources. Formerly a human resources director with McCormick & Co., she supervises personnel functions for the Lutherville-based wireless industry technical support, repair/refurbishment and management services firm, including employee relations and training.
Breslow is vice president of Millennium Inorganic
Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, with headquarters in Hunt Valley, appointed Stuart G. Breslow vice president, general counsel and secretary. A law graduate of the University of Baltimore, he joined the firm in 1979 as a staff attorney.
American Express Tax promotes Davis to director
American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. promoted Timothy Davis to director in charge of its Hagerstown location. He will also provide tax and business consultation to area businesses, industries and nonprofit organizations. A graduate of Frostburg State University, he is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Schroeder is Web producer at Mullin/Ashley Associates
Mullin/Ashley Associates Inc. appointed Kathryn M. Schroeder as the firm's Web producer. She directs development, production and maintenance of Web sites produced for clients. A 12-year employee of the Worton-based regional business-to-business communications agency, the Eastern Shore resident is also a published free-lance illustrator and is active with the Kent County Arts Council.
Manning, Pannill join Strategix
Strategix Inc. announced that Judy Wunder Manning and Rebecca Pannill have joined the staff of the Woodlawn marketing, advertising and public relations group. Manning, a senior account executive, was formerly with Hanlon Dorsey Advertising. Pannill, an assistant account executive, is a Towson University graduate and formerly was with the Baltimore Office of Promotion and Tourism.

Bank of Glen Burnie names Perry loan officer
Bank of Glen Burnie appointed Patrick Perry a loan officer. He is responsible for developing commercial and consumer loans for the Anne Arundel County financial institution. A graduate of Towson University, the Glen Burnie resident has been with the bank for eight years.

Graham, Pilgrim, Johnson join Mid Atlantic Medical
Mid Atlantic Medical Services Inc., a Rockville managed-care insurer, appointed Judy Graham vice president of human resources; Gloria B. Pilgrim vice president, physician liaison department; and L. Gray Johnson Jr., chief information officer.
Graham, a Virginia resident, is former director of employment for Teligent Inc. Pilgrim was director of accreditation for the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Johnson, an MBA graduate of the College of William and Mary, was a vice president with Teligent.
