Lutheran Village names two department heads

Carroll Lutheran Village has named two department heads at the facility.

Jane M. Elliott has been named director of the Health Care Center and Assisted Living. She oversees personnel and coordinates daily operations of both units and sees that all federal, state and local regulations and policies are followed.

She is a licensed nursing home administrator with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shepherd College in West Virginia and a master's degree in health care from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Jeff B. Wardenfelt has been named supervisor of maintenance and grounds. He will oversee maintenance, grounds and security personnel, and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, security and emergency systems work

He has experience in long-term care facilities. He is a graduate of Westminster High School and attended Catonsville Community College.
