Water quality in the Spa Creek headwaters has improved to normal and the advisory against swimming has been lifted, the Anne Arundel County Department of Health announced yesterday.

The advisory was issued for the headwaters and areas downstream from the Truxtun Heights Park boat ramp after a sewage spill July 9.
