'Six Degrees' reception

THE BALTIMORE SUN

The kudos continued long after the curtain calls on the opening night of the Maryland Stage Company's production of "Six Degrees of Separation." Xerxes Mehta, the play's director and the company artistic director, got plenty of pats on the back at a post-show reception at Center Stage.

"Best thing you've ever done," one fan raved to Mehta about this production by the resident professional theater company of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Among those enjoying the post-show glow: Leslie Brauman, Tom Moore and Tina Murphy, event coordinators; Freeman Hrabowski, UMBC president; Bill Glover, president of UMBC Alumni Association; Dyana Neal, WBJC radio announcer; Angela Adams, associate with Quadel Consulting Corp.; and Jo Ann Fruchtman, owner of the Children's Bookstore.
