A proposal to allow Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. customers their choice of power companies allows, but does not require, the Public Service Commission to set up a $12 million fund to promote energy conservation and renewable electricity. An article in Wednesday's editions of The Sun about the BGE deregulation settlement reported erroneously that the fund had been agreed to.
