A body found near a playground last month has been identified as that of a girl missing since February, Baltimore County police said yesterday.

Sarah Jane Forrester, 13, was reported missing from a foster-care home in Catonsville Feb. 20 and was last reported seen in the Highlandtown area.

The body, which was found May 13 in a ravine near the Belmont Park Apartments in Woodlawn, was identified through dental records.

Police have been unable to determine the cause of death, said spokeswoman Cpl. Vickie Warehime.

Wrapped in a white cloth with clothing underneath, the body was discovered by a child on his way to school.
