A 38-year old Florida man was killed in Prince George's County early yesterday when a tractor-trailer slammed into his car in northbound lands of Interstate 95.

Ari R. Muschel of Delray Beach, Fla., stopped about 2 a.m. on I-95 in Beltsville after his 1997 Chevrolet Lumina struck the rear of another vehicle, state police said.

Before Muschel could move to the highway's shoulder, his Lumina was hit from the rear by a 1991 Freightliner driven by Larry Goffigan Sr., 42, of Edgewood.
