Maryland State Police charged a man with drunken driving yesterday after an accident on Interstate 95 that closed the highway for two hours.

Stephen E. Campbell, 19, of Bel Air was charged after his 1997 Jeep collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Kermit Lee, 57, of White Plains, N.Y. Police said Campbell was traveling at high speed and swerving about 4: 30 a.m. near Joppa.
