Because of incorrect information given to the police, a Police Blotter item in yesterday's edition of The Sun gave the wrong name for a man arrested and charged with burglary. Howell Lee Williams, 43, of the 1000 block of Marlyn Ave. was arrested early Sunday after the Harley-Davidson Store in the 8800 block of Pulaski Highway was robbed. Williams told officers that his name was Charles Siegel, but his true identity was later ascertained through a fingerprint check, police said yesterday.

The Sun regrets the error.
