Philip L. Dumenil of Arnold has accepted an agent appointment for Farm Family Life Insurance Co. and Farm Family Casualty Insurance Co. Dumenil attended Anne Arundel Community College, where he received an associate's degree. He works in the Hanover office.

Nancy D. Hagman has joined Wheeler, Goodman Masek and Associates, an Annapolis-based architectural and interior design firm. Hagman will be responsible for marketing and business development activities. WGM/A specializes in health care, historic restoration and renovation, hospitality and corporate projects.
