Westminster Bank names Rill senior vice president

M. Lynn Rill has been hired by Westminster Bank as senior vice president and senior loan officer.

Rill He has 16 years experience in banking. The Carroll County resident is a graduate of Western Maryland College and Loyola College.

He is active in the community with the Home Builders Association, YMCA, Carroll Lutheran Village and Boy Scouts.
