Katharine G. Bainbridge: In an obituary for Katharine G. Bainbridge published in yesterday's editions of The Sun, the name of a survivor was inadvertently omitted. Mrs. Bainbridge is also survived by a sister, Ella Brigham of Paul Smiths, N.Y.
