SuZanne Glocker, a Realtor at its Hagerstown office, won the Listing Associate Award for the second year in a row for having the highest number of listings in 1998. Glocker also won the Transaction Associate Award for having the highest number of settled sales units.
Other winners included Whit Harvey, Nancy Hubble and Karen Bisbee of the Greenspring office. Harvey received the Residential Associate Award for having the most commissions in 1998, while Hubble and Bisbee received the Residential Team Award.
Long & Foster named Mary Thompson of its Annapolis office as the company's top producing agent with $15.7 million in settled volume.
Joan Cochran of the Columbia office was the firm's top lister and Libby Berman and Michael Yerman were named the top producing team with 59 units each and a sales volume of $15 million each.
