Westminster: Firefighters responded at 2: 46 p.m. Thursday to a trash fire on Ridge Road near Nicodemus Road. Units were out 22 minutes.

Westminster: An employee of Carroll Water Systems on Airport Drive told police Wednesday that four hubcaps were stolen from his work vehicle while it was parked at the company. Loss was estimated at $500.
