Saturday: Fishing tips, tackle and techniques taught by author and expert fisherman Keith Walters, Chesapeake College, Wye Mills, 8: 30 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m. Walters, who once held the state record for rockfish and has written several books on stripers and tackle for Chesapeake fishing, has put together a course to help the average angler improve his or her success with many species.
