Annapolis' annual Green Derby Day, scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed until April 18 because of the possibility of inclement weather, event officials said.

The street festival, held in honor of St. Patrick's Day in the Eastport section, features green beer races, land canoe races, team relays for adults and events for children.

The event, sponsored by Ruth's Chris Steak House, will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Severn Avenue between Second and Fourth avenues. Proceeds benefit local charities.
